Very timely, helpful and professional! We had issues on a Sunday, and Brandon showed up happy to help. Also, as they say, when it rains it pours. Not only did Brandon help us quickly get a new water heater, he had someone out to our house looking at our boiler (which also went out on the same day). We would 100% recommend! -Kelly

Couldn't be happier with Plumb-Rite! The work is done well and efficiently. I highly recommend them! When remodeling my home recently, Brandon took on the huge task of updating my plumbing plus adding in a beautiful whirlpool tub,converting a closet into a walk-in shower, turning another old shower into a lovely walk-in shower and redid the toilets. He re-plumbed the water lines throughout much of my home….installed a water line to my new refrigerator, installed the new dishwasher & garbage disposal. He re-designed the plumbing in my mechanical room, installed a new water heater, moved and replaced the plumbing in my laundry room for my washer & dryer….and added shut off valves to my outdoor faucets. He works to get it done precisely, cleans up after himself and shows up when he says he will. He often gave me advice on fixtures that he would recommend and simply made the remodeling process smoother. Brandon is my #1 plumber. I highly recommend his services. -Deb

My sump pump quit working right after a heavy rain. Brandon was here within 20 minutes and replaced my pump and answered all my questions. Having emergency plumbing issues is really stressful and I appreciate how prompt he was and how friendly both he and Jen were. -Heidi

I broke my outdoor water faucet mid Saturday afternoon and it would not shutoff, (unless I shut down water to the whole house). I googled "Mankato Plumber" and started reading reviews and looking to see who was open on Saturday. I found Plumb-Rite Plumbing, gave them a call and they were here in 20 minutes. They replaced the faucet and installed shutoff switches on faucets, so I will not have to deal with this again. I will be using these guys again and highly recommend them. -Ross
